How to get a sharp jawline without the need for surgery - Kowayo Aesthetic

Do you know that every time you smile, frown or squint, your facial muscles contract and create creases on your skin. & what's more is with the repetitive contraction, these creases become deeper over time, leaving lines and wrinkles on your skin that linger even when your facial muscles are at rest.

I think most of the girls dream is to actually achieve a V-Line Jaw but we all know that is impossible to have obvious jaw line without being slim.

So a few weeks back, i headed to Kowayo for a consultation review and had the wonderful opportunity to try out their treatments. For those who like to achieve nice Jaw line like my now should give this a try. Usually most of our mindset is like, aiyah want nice jaw need to go under knife and stuff. Let me tell you, no need to go under surgery = knifes. Is just purely Injection with NO SIDE EFFECTS. Let me repeat no side effects.

Botulinum Toxin
Do not fear as it is not something toxin, is just a name that they give. Botulinum Toxin is a protein produced by a bacterium called Clostridium Botulinum. It's a nerve-blocking agent, whenever it is injected into the facial muscles, however the toxin temporarily blocks these signals from reaching to the muscles thus it prevent them from contracting (No more big jaws). Botulinum Toxin treatment can improve the appearance of expression lines and prevent the formation of more permanent, deep wrinkles that make you look older. However it doesn't help erase fine lines or wrinkles that are not due to facial expressions. Meaning like when your skin grow old, expose under the sun, etc.

I think most of you would be more worried on whether is it safe or not? Anything i cannot do or must avoid after the treatment? Let me tell you that this treatment has no downtime. You can return to whatever you have been doing immediately. however, you just need to avoid like applying pressure and massaging that area for 4 hours after the injection, which is like basic common sense la.

Dr Wong was really patience and nice. I actually had the mentality to do cause i always wanted a sharper and more define jaw. The barrier was the injection cause of my phobia. I decided to trust myself in the hands of Dr Wong and give it a shot. Gladly i would say that i didn't regret it cause it was legit. I could see a more define jaw line within like 2 weeks. I would rate the pain about 0.5/5, because i had numbing cream on so i guess it helps in a way or so. Otherwise, is just only being able to feel the needle poking in, but after awhile is nothing.

Here's the result of it before and after 4 weeks. #canyoutellthedifference Omg, now i look back how round have my face been since i have no freaking idea when. HOLY SHIT!

Feels good to be able to take selfie at like any angle and still don't look bad. Thankful that Dr Wong actually rescued me.
